Went for a concert Saturday evening. The lines to get in were semi-organized, signage couldβve helped streamline that better. Not enough concessions options at various levels so walking around the first level was a nightmare. Shoulder to shoulder. Acoustics inside the arena were iffy too. Overall a great show but some things couldβve been better. Staff were helpful.

Journey concert was awesome. Seats were set up easy to access on the floor. Staff was very helpful in assisting me in finding my seats.

The Loft seating is absolutely awesome. You have a padded seat and sharing a long table with others facing the stage. Plenty of room for in and out, and even dancing behind your seat if you so desire. Waitress service for drinks and food is available as well. Soul Journey there on May 30th and I can say it's a pretty good place to see a concert. Didn't appear to be any obstructed sight lines. The corridors around the arena are relatively narrow, so be prepared for large packed crowds when you first get there. Parking is another story. We parked on the top of the parking deck and after the show we were two levels down from there and at a standstill for 40 minutes. This may have been atypical, but just be aware it does happen.

We saw Journey at Thompson Bowling Arena. This was an absolutely fantastic show. The venue is pretty good but very packed when walking through the causeway to get to your area. That is just to get to the entrance to the arena. The seating is pretty good but the seats in the upper balcony are small and uncomfortable. Still overall it was a great show and lasted about two hours. You can see and hear show from just about any seat. This was fun!!!

We had a blast here watching WWE Monday night RAW! Beware, if you're not a small person, the seats are hip squeezers and there is not a lot of leg room, so if that's an issue, you may want to consider purchasing an end seat. I was definitely thankful we had them!
